Engineered Containment Inc., is an environmental protection, construction and product services organization that focuses on providing customers with geosynthetic containment solutions. ECI's focus is on both primary and secondary containment geomembrane liner systems for fluids including water, wastewater and all forms of chemicals including oil and gasoline. As well, geotextile, geogrid and erosion & sediment control (ESC) systems are used to contain soil either within soil structures (roads, slopes) or within the boundaries of a constructed area eliminating site erosion and/or sedimentary contamination of waterways such as lakes, streams, rivers and sewer systems. ECI holds an APEGA Permit to Practice so it is competently able to assist its client's Engineering Consulting firm on large projects or directly with its clients on smaller projects. Requirements/Qualifications:
The ideal candidates will possess the following qualifications:
Construction experience (1 year minimum)
Carpentry experience (1 year preferred)
Field liner experience (1 year preferred)
Team orientated individual
Attention to detail
Minimum Grade 12 education
Must pass pre-employment and alcohol testing and fit for duty testing
Experience with hand tools
Must have strong written and communication skills
Basic computer knowledge (an asset)
Must be physically fit
Valid Class 5 drivers license
Vehicle and clean driver's abstract
CSTS20, Confined Space, Fall Protection, H2S Alive certificates (an asset)
