Protecting Our Planet

Engineered Containment’s focus is on both primary and secondary containment geomembrane liner systems for water, wastewater, and all forms of chemicals including oil and gasoline. In the case of a spill, our systems can be relied upon to prevent an environmental release of hazardous substances.

As well, geotextiles, geogrid, and erosion & sediment control systems are used to contain soil either within soil structures (roads, slopes, etc.) or within the boundaries of a constructed area eliminating site erosion and/or sedimentary contamination of waterways such as lakes, streams, rivers, and sewer systems. Lastly, E-Tuf™ tarp systems are designed for protecting complex and high value assets from the elements and public visibility.

Engineered Containment not only supplies and installs geomembrane liner, erosion & sediment control, and soil reinforcement systems but also provides on-going monitoring services for the systems to ensure they continue to operate as per design over their life spans. In the case of an environmental contamination incident, this on-going maintenance and inspection provides the public and facility owners with proof of due diligence that an appropriate containment system was installed but also that it continued to operate effectively.
